Meet Leana Becker
Leana Becker is a designer, strategist, and educator with more than 25 years of experience creating thoughtful, highly personalized environments across the residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
After earning a graphic design degree from University of Michigan and studying interior design at the New York School of Interior Design, she began her career as a store designer for Crate & Barrel. She then joined internationally recognized firms including FutureBrand, Commune Design, and Kelly Wearstler Interior Design (KWID). As Director of Interior Design at KWID, she contributed to landmark projects including the Viceroy Hotel Miami, luxury commercial developments, and international private residences. In 2012, Leana founded her own design studio, leading projects nationwide with a focus on craftsmanship, materiality, and timeless design.
Today, Leana serves as Director of Innovation & Design at Faro & Company, where she bridges design and advanced digital manufacturing to develop custom wallcoverings, textiles, architectural surfaces, and experiential environments. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Lawrence Technological University and College for Creative Studies, where she is developing an innovative curriculum centered on digital print and material innovation.
